Delivery is made by a forwarding under the following conditions:
We ship free of charge in Germany.

Delivery conditions:
- To ensure that the order can be accepted at the delivery address, a valid telephone number must be indicated when ordering, so as to be able to reach someone during the day.
- The electric heaters are packed on pallets and sent to you by a forwarding company. This assumes that the arrival of the truck is possible at your delivery address.
- Delivery is curbside from Monday to Friday.
- The shipping company will contact you about 1 day before delivery. Otherwise no delivery will take place.
- Keep the place of delivery and agreed delivery date. Otherwise costs and expenses for a second delivery will be charged.

Questions and answers about PayPal PLUS “Purchase on invoice”
1. Who is the contractual partner?
Buyer (you) and Seller (Eheizung24 GmbH) remain contractual partners. We transfer our claim as a Seller to the Buyer to PayPal. Please pay attention to the note in the footnote of our invoice.
2. Is a PayPal account required in case of PayPal “Purchase on invoice”?
No, with “Purchase on invoice” you transfer the amount to a specific PayPal bank account at a later time (payment date).
3. Does PayPal make a credit check of the Buyer?
Yes, PayPal carries out a risk check in the ordering process after selecting the “Purchase on Invoice” option. This leads to the collection of credit information (scoring) from common business intelligence companies.
4. Can the Buyer choose a different payment method, if PayPal rejects the “Purchase on invoice”?
Yes, in this case you can choose another payment method to complete the order.
5. What are the costs for the Buyer in case of selecting the “Purchase on invoice” payment method?
For you as the Buyer, there areno additional costs in the ordering process. With PayPal, however, dunning costs would be incurred if you are in default of payment. Therefore, make sure that you comply with the payment period set by PayPal. Any dunning costs, which may be invoiced by PayPal under any circumstances, are borne solely by the Buyer.
6. When will the payment be due to PayPal?
Usually about 14 days after receipt of the goods. You will receive corresponding e-mail information directly from PayPal. When entering your customer data, make sure you have the correct e-mail address in the ordering process. Subsequently, please check the receipt of PayPal mails in your inbox or in the spam folder.
7. Who is the invoice amount transferred to?
Debt-clearing payments may only be made to the specified bank account of PayPal. The PayPal account details can be found in the corresponding email from PayPal.
Please never make the transfer to us as the Seller. A corresponding note can be found in the footnote of our invoice.
8. What to do if you have made a transfer to the Seller’s bank account by mistake?
Please contact us as soon as possible by phone at +49 (0) 341 989912 0 or by e-mail at info@eheizung24.de. We will then transfer the amount back to your bank account. Unfortunately, we are unable to forward the payment amount to PayPal. You always have to make a transfer to PayPal by yourself. In addition, please contact PayPal Customer Service (0800 7234500) to avoid the initiation of the dunning process.
9. What happens if the order is revoked in due time in case of the “Purchase on invoice” procedure and the goods are to be returned in an authorized manner?
If the revocation takes place within the legal period of revocation and the return is received before the end of the PayPal payment period, you do not need to transfer the invoice amount to PayPal. We will then inform PayPal and cancel the pending payment transaction. You will receive a separate notification of cancellation of this procedure.
In the event that your return does not come back to us in due time (the date of receipt of the shipment by us applies) before the expiration of the PayPal payment period, you have to fulfil your payment obligation to PayPal within the due date, regardless of your previous cancellation! When we receive your return, you will receive a refund by PayPal to your bank account.
